ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Bonstat Limited was founded by Ece Koyunoglu, a financial consultant and Certified Xero Advisor with a strong commercial finance background.
Ece developed advanced commercial finance and business partnering expertise within a large multinational corporate environment, working closely with operational and senior management teams to support strategic decision-making, profitability analysis and performance optimisation.
Her approach combines structured financial discipline with real-world commercial insight. Rather than focusing solely on bookkeeping, she helps business owners understand margins, pricing impact, cost behaviour and cash flow dynamics — turning financial data into practical business intelligence.
Ece is currently advancing her professional qualifications in Chartered Management Accountancy (CIMA pathway), strengthening her expertise in management accounting, operational performance and strategic financial analysis.
Through Bonstat, she supports freelancers, microbusinesses and SMEs in:
